Beyond our range of CMOS-fabricated semiconductor products from 0.15 to 0.35 µm, NEC Electronics America can implement customer-specified processes in 0.15 µm design rules or larger. 

COT DESIGN FLOW
With NEC Electronics' COT design flow, you can take advantage of more than just our world-class manufacturing facility. You will have access to options like an IP core library, test design and macro design services at the LSI design phase, and assembly and testing after fabrication, as well as other options listed under Design Services.
