Overview
The µPD61153B and µPD61154B devices are single-chip solutions that capture high-quality analog video signals in digital video recording and playback devices in consumer DVD recorders and multimedia personal computers.
Features
The new system LSI chips, product names µPD61153B and µPD61154B, have embedded on a single chip an MPEG2 encoder including following four functions, which make them a perfect single-chip solution for PCs to capture high quality analog video signals. In addition, the µPD61154B chip supports Dolby® Digital audio encoding capability.
- Three-dimensional (3D) luminance/chrominance (Y/C) separator
